Staging Consultation and Proposal -- $75

Our Real Estate Staging Consultation and Proposal begins with a complete assessment of your home - exterior and interior - using a set of standards proven to maximize your home's market potential. We spend 1-1.5 hours with you discussing what needs to be implemented to create an updated, spacious and well maintained look buyer's want. Additional time after the 1.5 hours, is at the rate of $60/hr.

We will explain the home's best features as well as any areas that need to be improved to gain a speedy sale and the highest dollar amount for your home. As part of the consultation, you will receive a Detailed Staging Report giving you an entire list to get your home market ready.

Our rate thereafter is $60/hr. A $25 credit will go towards any future staging service if decided that day. A 2 hour minimum is required.

Interior Redesign -- $60/hr

"Interior Redesign is using limited funds, practical creativity and extraordinary expertise to transform a home so that it becomes infinitely more attractive, personal, comfortable, functional and reflective to the needs, desires and style of the home owner, while in turn becoming a small investment of the home owner in the future greater home sale earnings it retrieves."

This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention. A consultation will be performed to include a detailed walk-through of a single room or the entire home depending on what the homeowner wants to achieve. As well, we will discuss your needs, budget, and desired changes to the style, colors, ambience, and functionality of rooms to be achieved. The scope of Redesign Services can include de-cluttering, rearrangement of furniture, changes in accessories and color palette as well as selections for a totally new look. Redesign emphasizes using what the homeowner has in the house. After the consultation, the homeowner will be presented with a redesign plan to meet the desired effects together with a proposal for assisting with completing the work. A 2 hour minimum is required. Mileage charges will be assessed for any shopping services provided as part of an interior redesign effort.

A $25 credit will go towards any future Interior Redesign service if decided that day.

Seasonal/Special Occasion Decorating Service -- $60/hr

Our seasonal decorating service is perfect for utilizing your existing items inside and outside your home to give it the warmth and traditional seasonal flare to your décor We can also purchase new items to compliment your home. Our special occasion decorating service allows us to create that special table setting or area in your home you would like adorned with finishing touches to make birthday parties, anniversaries and reunions truly memorable. A 2 hour minimum is required.

Personal Shopping Service -- $65/hr (mileage charges apply)

Whether you need art and accessories for your entire home or just one striking piece to make a room dazzle, our personal shopping service provides fabulous finishing touches at budget-friendly prices. We are all about finding the amazing piece for your home at amazing discounted prices. We do not markup prices and we pass along our savings to you! A 2 hour minimum is required.
